By using this website and our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. General

✔ LFW Windows provides window, door, and conservatory installation services.
✔ All orders and quotes are subject to availability and confirmation.
✔ We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

2. Quotes & Payments

✔ All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
✔ A deposit may be required before work commences.
✔ Full payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed.

3. Installation & Services

✔ We will agree on an installation date that is mutually convenient.
✔ Any changes to the agreed work must be communicated in writing.
✔ We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, supplier issues).

4. Cancellations & Refunds

✔ Orders may be cancelled within 14 days of confirmation, unless work has already begun.
✔ Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been ordered.
✔ If you are unsatisfied with our service, please contact us so we can resolve the issue.

5. Liability & Warranty

✔ All installations are covered by our manufacturer’s warranty.
✔ We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse or improper maintenance.
✔ Our liability is limited to the cost of the original service provided.
